You own all UX writing for Metatech's AI product suite and Komdigi 117/2024 compliance engagements. Deliverables: voice/tone standards, microcopy systems, regulatory-compliant UI text, and documentation that reduces support volume. You work backwards from user research and compliance audits to ship copy that scales across products and passes regulator review.
What we're filtering for
- Shipped UX copy for 2+ B2B SaaS or fintech products (not case studies)
- Experience writing for regulatory/compliance contexts (finance, healthcare, gov)
- Proficiency in Figma + content design tools; comfortable in design systems
- Portfolio showing iteration from research/audit → final microcopy + rationale
- Indonesian language fluency (read/write) for Komdigi documentation preferred
