You'll own end-to-end UX research strategy for AI-augmented products serving regulated Indonesian verticals. Deliver research artifacts (user testing protocols, journey maps, interaction design specs) that inform product roadmap prioritization and guide engineering handoff. Your findings directly shape feature scope and compliance alignment under Komdigi 117/2024. Success = shipped features validated by user evidence and regulatory requirements met.
What we're filtering for
- 5+ years conducting qualitative research (interviews, usability testing, contextual inquiry) in B2B or regulated sectors
- Demonstrated proficiency in 2+ UX research tools (Figma, UserTesting, NVivo, or equivalent) + survey design
- Portfolio showing shipped research insights that changed product direction or compliance strategy
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulatory context (Kominfo, digital governance, or telecom/finance compliance preferred)
