You will own end-to-end design systems and interaction patterns for AI-augmented products serving Indonesian enterprise clients. Deliver Komdigi 117/2024-compliant interfaces, conduct user research with regulated stakeholders, and document design specifications that engineering executes without iteration. Success = shipped products, measurable usability gains, zero compliance rejections.
What we're filtering for
- 5+ years shipping consumer or B2B SaaS products; portfolio showing shipped work
- Proficiency in Figma + prototyping; experience documenting specs for dev handoff
- User research execution: interviews, usability testing, or analytics interpretation
- Knowledge of Indonesian regulatory/compliance contexts or government sector design
- Demonstrated ability to scope and own design independently; not dependent on PMs
