What we're filtering for
- 5+ yrs shipping B2B SaaS or regulated software; Komdigi/telco/gov compliance experience preferred
- Proven proficiency with Jira, roadmap tools, SQL for data analysis, and API-first product thinking
- Track record defining and hitting OKRs across 2+ full product lifecycles (discovery → launch → retention)
- Experience writing or collaborating on compliance documentation, security requirements, or audit readiness
- Fluent English + Indonesian; comfortable presenting to C-suite and Indonesian regulatory stakeholders
