You will own the architecture and delivery of AI-augmented software systems for Komdigi-regulated engagements under Kepmen Kominfo 117/2024. Responsibilities include designing scalable backend systems, establishing ML pipeline standards, shipping production features end-to-end, and defining technical compliance controls. Success is measured by on-time delivery, system reliability >99.5%, and zero critical security findings.
What we're filtering for
- 5+ years shipping production ML systems: model training pipelines, inference serving, or LLM integration
- Demonstrated backend architecture work: distributed systems, databases, APIs at scale (>1M req/day preferred)
- Hands-on with Python, Go, or Java; Kubernetes or Docker; PostgreSQL or equivalent data layer
- Prior compliance or regulated environment experience (fintech, healthcare, telecom) or security-first design patterns
- Track record mentoring engineers and defining technical standards across 3+ person teams
