What we're filtering for
- Led software teams (8+) through full SDLC; managed hiring, reviews, skill progression
- Built or shipped AI/ML systems in production; experience with LLM APIs or vector DBs
- Architecture experience: microservices, API design, or event-driven systems at scale
- Compliance exposure: banking regs, data governance, audit trails, or regulated sector
- Python or Go backend; CI/CD pipeline ownership; familiar with containerization
