You will own end-to-end ML systems for Metatech's AI-augmented product suite and Komdigi 117/2024 regulatory engagements. Deliverables: model architecture decisions, production inference pipelines, performance benchmarking against spec, and technical documentation for compliance audit trails. Success = deployed models meeting latency/accuracy SLAs and passing regulator review cycles.
What we're filtering for
- 3+ years production ML: model training, validation, deployment (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Proven inference optimization: quantization, pruning, or edge-model deployment
- API/pipeline design: REST or gRPC services, data versioning, monitoring stacks
- Familiarity with regulatory AI frameworks or compliance documentation cycles
- Experience with Indonesian tech stack or Kubernetes/containerization preferred
