You will own QA strategy and execution for AI-augmented product releases and Komdigi 117/2024-compliant government engagements. Responsibilities include test plan authorship, defect triage, compliance validation against Kominfo specs, and quality gate sign-offs before production. Success means zero critical-path regressions and auditable traceability for regulated deliverables.
What we're filtering for
3+ years QA in regulated environments (telecom, fintech, or gov)
Hands-on with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Pytest, or equiv)
Experience writing test cases & traceability matrices for compliance
Demonstrated defect management in Jira or Azure DevOps at scale
Familiarity with Indonesian regulatory or telecom standards (preferred)
