You'll own end-to-end UX delivery for AI-augmented product surfaces and Komdigi 117/2024–compliant client engagements. This means wireframing interaction patterns, validating usability with internal teams and clients, shipping design specs that engineering builds from, and iterating based on real-world performance metrics. You ship, measure, and refine—not just propose.
What we're filtering for
- Portfolio with 2+ shipped digital products; evidence of design-to-dev handoff
- Proficiency in Figma + prototyping (Framer, Protopie, or similar); not Sketch-only
- Prior UX research: user testing, interviews, or usability validation on shipped work
- Experience designing for AI/LLM interfaces or complex data visualization preferred
- Indonesian B1+ or native; familiarity with Komdigi or gov tech procurement a plus
