You will own infrastructure reliability and scaling for our AI-augmented product delivery across Komdigi 117/2024 engagements. Concrete ownership: deployment pipeline optimization, incident response SLA attainment, capacity forecasting for regulated client environments, and technical handoff documentation. Success = zero unplanned downtime in production, sub-4-hour mean-time-to-resolution, and 95%+ infrastructure test coverage.
What we're filtering for
- 3+ years hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, or container orchestration in production
- Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and IaC (Terraform, Ansible)
- Demonstrated incident response: post-mortems, root cause analysis, monitoring setup
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulatory / compliance frameworks or similar jurisdictions
- Proven track record scaling infrastructure for 100k+ daily active users or equivalent load
